Requirements
Each applicant is required to present the following:

US Citizen Driver's License or ID 
(issued by a state or outlying possession of the US)

Social Security Card, or

Birth Certificate 
(If employment is offered, proof a Social Security Card will be required for tax purpose)
   
Non-Us Citizen Current Employment Authorization Card (with expiration date)
Current Temporary Resident Card (with expiration date)
Permanent Resident Card, or
United States Naturalization Certificate

Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.
